Guests will be muted during the meeting. The public will be permitted to offer public comments provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting. The Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 551) does not authorize a Board to discuss or act upon subjects not included on the meeting agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
