Regular Board Meetings
The Gulf Coast Water Authority Board of Directors meets at 2:00 PM on the third Thursday of each month. However, alternate meeting dates may be established by the Board from time to time. Meetings are held at the Administrative Office located at 4243 Emmett F Lowry Expressway, Texas City, TX 77591

The Gulf Coast Water Authority Board of Directors may meet for special meetings, workshops, or retreats. Meetings are held at various locations.
