(State law prohibits Board members from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Board of Directors NOT individual Board Members or Staff. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult, abuse, malign or slander an individual shall be cause for termination of speaking privileges and expulsion from the Authority office. Each speaker shall be limited to no more than three (3) minutes and shall NOT at any time yield to another speaker.)
