Gulf Coast Water Authority (GCWA) is a wholesale water provider and distributor for agricultural, industrial and municipal purposes.  GCWA customers include rice farms, refineries, petrochemical plants, municipalities and water utility districts in Brazoria, Fort Bend and Galveston counties.
