Capital Improvement

The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) is a long-range plan updated annually to forecast the capital projects funding requirements of the Gulf Coast Water Authority.  The CIP addresses the improvement of GCWA infrastructure either through new construction or the rehabilitation or replacement of existing capital.

Capital Improvement Projects are included in the annual budget.
