The Galveston County Commissioners Court appointed Brad Matlock, P.E., to the Gulf Coast Water Authority Board of Directors in January 2016. He holds the Galveston County At-Large Position No. 2.
During his tenure, Mr. Matlock has held the offices of Assistant Secretary, Vice President, and President.
