The Fort Bend County Commissioners Court appointed Trisha Frederick, P.E. to the Gulf Coast Water Authority Board of Directors in August 2019. She holds the Fort Bend County At-Large Position No. 1.
During her tenure, Ms. Frederick has held the office of Secretary. She also serves as Chair of the Capital Project Review Committee.
