Brandon Wade is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Gulf Coast Water Authority, bringing over 38 years of local government experience. He previously held positions as the City Manager of Pflugerville, Deputy City Manager of Galveston, and various other leadership roles in suburban Houston, suburban Fort Worth, and the City of Dallas.

Brandon is actively involved in the water industry at both the state and federal levels, including participation in the following organizations:

    • Legislative Committee and Security Committee
  • National Waterways Conference
    • Water Supply Caucus, and Board Member
  • National Water Supply Alliance
  • Texas Region H (Houston Area) Water Supply Planning Board

He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, holding a Master of Public Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Brandon resides on Galveston Island with his wife, Tina, where they share their home with two spoiled dogs and a mean cat.
